If your payment is unsuccessful, the order will not be processed. We do not store any card details on our server to ensure your financial safety. Any promotional offers or coupon codes must be applied at the time of checkout and cannot be retroactively added. 4. Shipping and Delivery

Estimated delivery time depends on your location and the courier service used, typically ranging between 3 to 7 business days. We will provide a tracking number once your order is shipped so you can monitor the status of your delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by courier partners, natural calamities, strikes, or incorrect address details provided by the customer. Please ensure your shipping information is accurate to avoid issues. If a package is returned to us due to incorrect or incomplete address details, additional shipping charges may apply. In case your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product. Falcon Threads does not offer international shipping at the moment unless specifically arranged. By placing an order, you agree to accept the delivery timeline as estimated and understand that occasional delays may occur beyond our control.

5. Return and Exchange Policy
